I had let go the past

10/10/2009 is a very happy day for me...I went out with ben and his girlfriend to Jurong Birdpark to look for my uncle...The main thing is not about Jurong Birdpark...I meeting ben and his girlfriend at bukit pangjang bus inter-change to change bus at Jurong Point...then we go in to the bus...First i did'n notice him because we was the first few person in the bus...When reaching to Jurong Point, i saw a tall guy standing up who wanted to drop off the bus...Then something came into my mind, i was thinking of him, but i not really sure is him...He already out of my mind, why did he came back again? At that time alots of picture in the past came to my mind...I was really angry at that time but i still not too sure is him or not..Haha then next i ask ben whether want to walk around Jurong Point first? Then he say alright because his mum is working inside...At first we was missing inside...The finally we walk out, then ben go find his mum, after that i told him that i want to go Arcade, because i know him too well and we use to go there long time ago...Finally i seach all inside but still can't find him, then i go to another...I seach all over, but nothing then on the way i want to go out, i saw him playing game...I step forward and stare at him in a very fierce eyes with a hard punch...But he seem very happy to meet me again, he say hi with his hand up...Then suddenly my mind was blank for a few second...Then i cool down and talk to him nicely...We had a short chat inside...I ask how is him nowdays? What is he doing now? Study? He told me he was study at NanYang Poly...Now is holiday then he came out to play and pass his time...I ask him whether came here everyday, he say go back to taiwan and just came back recently...Haha seriously at that time i feel relax but i don't know why i forgive him...For me now everything is already past, all of ours past should bury in the graveyat...He won't see this post in his life, but i wanna write something to him...I had forgiven you...my friend...

HI! long time nve blog, tis is my new bike...Actually i already wan to get 1 bike long ago...From 1999 to 2009, is already 10 years time, i finally get my "baby"...
By right few years ago i already want to get 1 bt tad time i still nt enought saving 4 tad...I really happy, i really love riding bike...My Wheeler Pro 901 is quite a good bike tad i can ride with safe n enjoy...Normal bike is oli 3 x 7 gears...bt mine is 3 x 8 gears, i can very easy control the speed i like...N the break is "Disk-break"...Is just like motobike, the metal disk will break in n stop the wheel from going...

Feb 11 is my whole life most happy day...I have my uncle, my pri sch friend darren n my gd buddy TC to celebrated with me, at 1st we meet at souel garden to had our dinner, after tad TC, darren n i when to Kbox to sing n drink...we had so many fun in there, then when Kbox closing, we go to pub to drink, so many ppl tad i donno bt they still celoebrated with me...we open 1 bottle of chivas regal (whiskey)bt oli 3 ppl drink sia...then i am the 1 who drink alot...lucky i can take it...haha... i really very happy, then we go to AJ hse to play poker, when TC lose, he have to pay up the money bt u no wad happen??? he pay malaysia money...then my friend AJ scold him,haha so funny, AJ got 1 friend came from china, he say he wan to pay by china money...HAHA!!! we play and drink beer until the next day morning...then i stay at AJ hse until afternoon then i left...FEB 11 is a very gd day to me cos is oso world best friend day...haha...THX to my friends n ppl who celebrated my bday...

The 1st thing i wan to say is,sorry 4 nt posting for abt a year...tis is a pic taking by my gd friend, is my personal camera man...TC...He bring me to tis hometown at ipoh in malaysia...and a thing i very happy is a cantonese song tad i like very much the MV is taking at there...17/11/2008 when i was still 17 years old, i feel tad i'm already a adult, n tis is 1st time i go out so far without my parents...
I really enjoy my holiday in malaysia with TC, my gd buddy n collegue...

hello everybody long time i did't post le, is time i post again le,haha. nowday i study at clementi ITE...haha i study the course is F&B...now i still like the last time tad YT, i still play badminton n train wushu...haha i don think my life can life without them...2day is qing ren jie, althought i don have a qing ren bt i still wish every1 a happy day with the person in ur life u like...haha...

haha...so long nve post...must post b4 my lin gan lost...haha...or nt later my mei scold again...hahah right???? post le...happy??? happy than eating happy meal...haha...few day ago i was just like b4 playing badminton with friends...haha...BUT tis time come out a pattern...bt is from me...my pattern more than badminton tad y i play badminton..okok stop my crap...i playing bad, i love to smash, bt tis time i was using my new racket, so i decided to try it on my uncle...hehehehee...he give me a drop,bt i smash it back,tis time happen a big deal...the shuttle cock hit on his spect then hit on the glass n then the glass cut his eye...oh!!! tad time he drop his racket on the floor, i thought he was playing with me oli, bt i c his spec's glass broken!!! then i no is for real...then i pack up 4 him to c clinic bt the doctor there must go hospital, then we go NUH bt there was too much patient so we decided to go queensway there de hospital...it was fast n the cost was lesser than the NUH...
the doctor say is a small deal, just cut on the skin oly nve go in the eye...haha...tad time when i bring my bad bag,so big n heavy n go there...haha,bt it was my fault mah...haha...ok tad it

This is what get in 29-07-2007 in wushu grading test...Tis is my 1st wushu grading test medal...
haha...thx WUXUAN wushu hub...I will cherish tis medal...I display my nanquan(southern fist)
and nandao(southern broadsword) n get tis medal...

I love sports, I love wushu as the ppl who no me...haha...i wont go 4 comptition until 2010, cos tad time i will become more strong...haha
Changing my style from style from south back to north le...Yeaaaaaaa!!! I love U changquan...
haha...The routine i love most is changquan(long first)...I studied n learn myself some of the routine...

What i specialized in the following styles:

在武术界流行着“南拳北腿” 一说。南拳是南方拳术代表，多流行于中国长江以南福建，广东，广西，贵州，湖南及东南亚地区。南拳门派繁多，流行较广的有百多种。它们基本上都有以下特点：手法多样化，常一步几变手，在手法运用中多屈肘，易发短劲，刚劲。南拳的臂法较独特，称为“桥手” ，运用桥手要求“硬桥” ， “手从胸口发，桥来桥上压”。南拳少跳跃，少腿法，运用腿法时，一般都不高踢。由于下盘，要求五趾抓地，不动如山，落地生根的步法稳固。同时也常常发声吐气而增强发力，以气催力，以声助威。南拳也有器械练习，如南刀，南棍。

长拳是一种舒展大方，动作灵活，快速有力节奏显明，并具有腾空跳跃，跌扑翻滚，平衡，等动作特殊发挥一寸长，一寸强的优势。主要包括拳，掌，勾三种手型，弓，马，仆，嘘，歇五种步型，和一定速量的拳法，掌法，肘法，和屈伸，直摆，扫转等不同组别的腿法，长拳技术以姿势，方法，身法，眼法，精神，劲力，呼吸，节奏等为八要素。有助于培养人体的速度和灵敏等素质，特别适合青少年练习。

中华武术是中华传统文化的一枝奇葩。
中华武术的内容非常丰富，有拳术，器械术，又分各种不同的派系，套路等等。
它的架势之美也是在世界武术独树一帜的。

"武" 字是由 "戈" 和 "止" 组成的。
"戈" 是一种兵器，也是武器的统称；
"止" 在古字中是足趾的象形，有行进的意思。
因此， "武" 表示拿起武器行动，也就是 "动武"。
后来也引起申为勇猛，刚健的意思，如威武，英武。
